Distance Education : M.A.(HINDI) / P.G.DIPLOMA IN TRANSLATION ELIGIBILITY

ElIGIBILITY :

1. A Graduate (10+2+3 Pattern) form a recognised University by the Sansthan with Hindi as one of the subjects at graduation level (or) A Graduate (10+2+3 Pattern) form a recognised University by the Sansthan with Rashtra basha Praveen of Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha or its equivalent.

PROCESS OF ADMISSION :

1.	Request letter by the candidate for Prospectus and Application from should be addressed to The Director, Distance education, Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar sabha., T.Nagar, Madras - 600017 with DD for Rs.300/- (DD drawn at any Nationalised bank drawn in favour of The Registrar, P.G. & Research Complex, Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Madras).
2.	Candidate should send their filled in application from by Regd. Post with Acknowledgment due to " The Director, Distance education,D.B.H.P.S., Madras with the original certificates, mark sheets with one set of Xerox copies attested by a Gazetted Officer on or before the last date or in person at Madras. The last late for submission of filled in form is 31.08.2008.
3.	Both original and Xerox copies of the certificates should be kept in the following order. a) 10th Std b)+2 Level c) Rashtrabasha Praveen or its equivalent Mark sheets and Certificates.(for direct admission in to B.A.II Year) d) Original T.C. and Migration Certificate from the Institution last studied.
4.	An Acknowledgement Card with Regd. No. and an admission intimation card with Regd. No. and an admission intimation card with enrolment number will be sent to the candidates from the Distance Education after scrutiny of the original certificates,mark sheets and other relevant documents.
5.	Orginal documents will be sent to the candidates with in 10 days.
6.	Candidates should remit their fee either in person at the cash counter of D.B.H.P. Sabha, Madras by a separate or by DD drawn in favour of THE REGISTRAR, P.G. & RESEARCH COMPLEX, DAKSHINA BHARAT HINDI PRACHAR SABHA, T.NAGAR, MADRAS -600017. and submit the same to the Directorate, Distance Education, (P.O.S. MONEYORDER,CHEQUES OR PAYMENT IN ANY OTHER FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)
7.	Guidelines will be sent to the candidates periodically
8.	Intimation regarding conduct of Personal Contact Programme will ne sent individually.
9.	Any other information, if any,will be sent form time to time.

  P.G.D.T Fees Rs.2,700/-
